1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 4l444 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("the Player", "you") who registers for an account or otherwise accesses or uses the services offered at https://4l444.bet. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 4l444 platform. 4l444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 4l444 platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 4l444 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification documents may be requested at any point during your account lifecycle.
• You must be acting as a private individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that applies to 4l444 or to online gambling in general.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of 4l444 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4l444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Accounts opened by ineligible individuals will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be reviewed in accordance with these Terms.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on 4l444. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. To open an account you must complete the registration form accurately and in full.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. 4l444 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 4l444 support immediately via live chat.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any point during your account lifecycle. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• 4l444 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or payment method. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions or closure.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting 4l444 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be paid to your registered payment method provided KYC requirements are met and no bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 4l444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, subject to the payment provider's own applicable limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4l444 may add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in reversal and potential account suspension.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within approximately three minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two business hours. Times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account registered in your own name and, where possible, matching the method used for your most recent deposit.
• 4l444 may delay or withhold a withdrawal while KYC verification is in progress, while a bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4l444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. 4l444 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

5Bonuses and Promotions

4l444 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and any specific terms stated at the time each promotion is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. The same welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once, whether through one account or multiple accounts.
• 4l444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.
• Where a maximum bet size applies during bonus wagering, placing a bet exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are for entertainment use on 4l444's gaming platform only. They have no standalone cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money except as a result of completed wagering requirements.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited to a specified game and will expire if not used within the time frame stated in the promotion's terms.

6Gameplay and Fair Use

4l444 provides access to games supplied by third-party software providers. All game outcomes are determined by those providers' certified random number generation (RNG) systems, independent of 4l444. By playing any game on 4l444, you acknowledge that game results are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 4l444 will not reverse a bet result except where a technical malfunction is verified and documented by the relevant game provider.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection before placing bets. 4l444 is not liable for bets affected by connection interruptions, and incomplete bets will be resolved according to the game provider's rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and table. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change without notice.
• 4l444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, and to recover any funds paid out in connection with such bets.
• Sports betting markets including cricket are settled in accordance with the relevant league or governing body's official result. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, 4l444's decision is final.

In the event of a technical failure affecting a live casino session or a sports bet, 4l444 will investigate in consultation with the relevant provider and apply a fair resolution. The resolution reached following such investigation is final and binding on the player.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 4l444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Using 4l444 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or deliberately structuring transactions to conceal their origin.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in any competitive game format offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction during registration or KYC verification.

8Account Suspension and Closure

4l444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms, including being under 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the time period requested by 4l444.
• 4l444 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an account is closed by 4l444 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 4l444 will communicate the outcome of any account closure review to the player via the email address registered to the account.

9Responsible Gaming

4l444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates as a platform intended for adult entertainment only. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may configure notifications to alert them after a specified period of continuous play, helping maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off period: players may apply a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period no deposits or bets may be placed.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4l444's liability to any player is limited as set out below:

• 4l444 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, whether or not such losses were foreseeable.
• 4l444 is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, mobile network failures, power disruptions, or third-party service provider failures.
• 4l444 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 4l444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on its part.

12Privacy and Data Protection

4l444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties but may be shared with payment processors and game providers solely for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling your transactions.

13Amendments to These Terms

4l444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 4l444 will notify registered players via a notice on the platform or via the email address registered to the account. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page as the Effective Date.

Your continued use of the 4l444 platform following notification of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 3.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a player and 4l444, the player must first contact 4l444 support via live chat or email to attempt an amicable resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be escalated to 4l444's internal disputes team, whose decision shall be final and binding unless overturned by a court of competent jurisdiction.
